Our founder, Dave, hit a breaking point when his toddler kept getting too close to his motorcycle—parked in a cluttered garage with nowhere else to go. So he put his construction background (and Amish roots) to work and built a better solution.
Outpouring Space offers premium sheds, rooms, ADUs, and animal shelters—crafted by local builders who care as much about quality as you care about your people, animals, and stuff.

Delivered Directly
to You
All of our buildings come directly to your location, fully assembled and ready to use! However, we offer the Metro Sheds with on site installation option because access space is often limited in urban areas.
We can also use a local crane company for more difficult access points for an additional fee.
Either way, you will receive your new Outpouring Space building and be able to use it right away!

This Warranty applies only to the original purchaser and does not apply to: (i) an unpainted building; (ii) a building that has been modified by the customer—i.e. adding insulation, sheetrock, shelving, or electrical; (iii) normal wear and tear; (iv) leveling; (v) acts of God, such as flooding, tornado, hail, excessive wind; and (vi) used buildings.
